Wrong item shipped

I purchased a microwave online on 26 June. On 30 June, hi fi corp delivered the WRONG (cheaper) microwave to my house. I obviously need the microwave urgently so I logged a request to have the correct one delivered. It is now the 6th of July and I still have not heard when I will receive what I actually ordered. Mbhali Sithole is the consultant who is in charge of this issue and she has been absolutely useless at solving this issue. In fact, service is useless from the warehouse team right up to customer care since they packed the wrong order and shipped it thinking it was right! They have lost my support.
