Wrong delivery time

On the website they say delivery will take 3-15 days. Well I would rather Say it take 10-15 days. I phoned them and asked about my delivery and the the lady told me that they will only start tracking my order in a weeks time. Please don't make promises you can't keep. Rather surprise people with an early delivery, but don't say 3 day.
