Wrong delivery HiFi Corp does NOT Care!

Why no 0 Star rating????

We bought an oven out of necessity. HiFi Corp delivered the wrong one. Not wanting to open this one and make use of it, we immediately notified HiFi Corp to collect this one and deliver the correct oven. It has been a week of back and forth over emails, phone and whatsapp.... Still no one has picked up the oven, or delivered the correct one. A week without means to cook food.
