Wrong billing

I am a big hifier coop client since 2008 i never experience this in my life ,I also pay my accounts but for the last 4months hifier is robbing me ,i have 3 accounts with higier they here meant to finish 1 monthend of August ,1monthend of september and the other one monthend of November to my suprise the hifiet is stil debiting my account ,i phned the branch lifestyle i spoke to the manage ge said he cant help i must phone headoffice and i phoned headoffuce no one tried to help !Hifier is it the way you make money tobbing people !i will never buy at Hifier coop again this is annoying !im paying more what we agreed on my contracts im really disapointed
