Wrong balances and incorrect debit orders

i will never ever buy anything from Hi-Fi Corporation ever again! They get debit orders wrong, add interest to your account after it has been settled AND tell you they will fix it and have cancelled your debit order and then you're still left to find a debit order going off at the end of the month with the incorrect balance!
