Worst worst shopping experience ever...very disappointed

I am very disappointed ☹️ I ordered a fridge from hifi Corporation on the 27th of November until Today I haven't received my order , before ordering I spoke to a consultant and she told me that delivery would take place within 2 to 5 day's , it has been two weeks now and I haven't heard from them ,I contacted their head office and now one is picking up the phone, I had a chat with a consultant online and they were very very rude. I wouldn't recommend them
