Worst shop ever

I bought items on the 25th of November one of my items never came. I keep on calling them to find out where it is and emailing as well. All they do is say it's out on delivery. How can delivery take 30days! Don't ever buy from this pathetic business. They are just money hungry and do not care about clients needs. It was Christmas present, I can't even present it now!
