Worst service received ever

Hi i bought a defy fridge and a sinotec fhd smart tv 55\ to the value of R18000 when i got home and off loaded the fridge and took it out of its packaging i found that the fridge was scratched then i hooked up the tv and i triad to connect my wifi on it and it does not want to connect the day after i went back to hificorp klerksdorp and told them about the problems they responded by saying its not there problem and if i want it fixed i must load the fridge and the tv and bring it to them and if the suppliers agree they will fix it i am one person and cant load the fridge alone and to me this is unacceptable i pay for customer service and did not receive any if i have to load this and take it back to hificorp Klerksdorp i do not want it repaired but then i want my money back I bought the tv and the fridge on the 10/05/2015 and went back on the 11/05/2015 and have been struggling since please assist me in sorting this or refund me my money "
