Worst service I have ever recieved

On numerous attempts to pay our accounts we have driven all the way to the Vaal mall branch to pay our account where by the accounts department (alinah)is absent from work and no one else can do the payments. Finally managed to take a day off and ended up waiting for an hour for the one lady to come back from lunch to help me. Paid my moneys .After every single month we pay we get a call saying that the funds have NOT been received and we are in arrears .This is unprofessional and we are sending proof of payment ,This tipe of service is unacceptable and we will be closing our account soon.
