Worst Service From Hi Fi Corp

Once you buy something at Hi Fi Corp and take out an extended warranty and it breaks they will NOT BEND OVER BACKWARDS to help you. The service towards their customers are the WORST. I bought a tablet and took it in as it started freezing, switching on and off by it self. It has a light crack on the screen which is not even right trough. Now they refuse to repair the software. They want me to pay R800.00 for the screen first before they will look at the software. The tablet gave problems before the there was a crack on the screen. I am so upset as not even the managers are able to assist. They are arrogant and I will advise no one to buy at Hi Fi Corp.
