Worst service ever! ZERO star is to much

I want to give them 0 stars! worst service ever, bought a damaged tv from them, within 14 days I returned the tv, now they wont give me a refund or a new tv. I must wait between 5 and 21 days for feedback. The people in the store is rude and ***********. Why should the customer struggle, waste money and push up their blood pressure for people unwilling to help resolve a problem? I bought the tv, it is not working (HDMI ports) I want a new TV or a full refund from HIFI *******ION!!!
