Worst service ever, selling damaged goods

I bought a dishwasher from hifi corp and it was delivered like 2 days later, but when I unpacked the dishwasher and wanted to see if it worked, it kept giving an E2 error (water inlet malfunction). I then called the call centre to log a complaint of which it was logged on the 02 september 2019 complaint number #*** and was told that within 48hrs someone from head office will call me back. I am still waiting for someone to call me. I called the call centre again of which a lady said that she would call me back to with regard to the complaint, but still nothing happening. Reading all the complaints on hello peter it seems to me like ordering online with hifi corp that they are just ******** people and *****ing their money.
