Worst service ever from Hifi Corp

I bought a Bosch 263ltr fridge online with a water dispenser from Hifi corp, the online buying and payment no problem. Waited three days for delivery no problem, they delivered the wrong fridge without a water dispenser, but I have my screenshots of the deal clearly showing the fridge photo with water dispenser and the description stating the water dispenser. I only realised about 5 minutes after the guys left on a friday it was the wrong fridge. Imediatly called the customer services the lady said no problem gave me a reference number and assured my that the warehouse will call me on Monday. Still waiting, no one called , I made a call again same story then they sent a survey for me to do about my experience shopping online with them. I gave them a 0 they then said they will follow up. I have not heard anything in the mean time I have a brand new fridge sitting in a box waiting to be collected and my new fridge to be delivered. But they have my money in the bank so why should they care. Maybe I will ask my bank to reverse the transaction, in accordance with the consumer protection act, very bad service from Hifi Corp
