Worst service ever for online purchase

Worst service ever , purchased a TV online during Black Friday special only to be told two days later that it is out of stock. Requested an immediate refund so that I get the money and go buy it elsewhere while Black Friday is still running and I am being told that I will only get the money after 14 days. I then asked that they keep the money and give me the TV when they receive new stock , they told me that I will have to buy it normal price 😡.

Had to make over 20 calls to different people and no one could give me a better solution including head office . All they do is to transfer you from one person to another . I went to the store hoping to find some assistance but still nothing.
