Worst service EVER !!

This is the worst company to deal with DONT place a online Order EVER !!! I ordered a washing machine that was suspose to be delivered 10 days ago . ITS DISGUSTING SERVICE !!! You sit on the phone for a hours and it’s the same story , MANAGEMENT DOES NOT PHONE YOU BACK OR CARE !!! I bought a item that I need desperately and no one cars . It’s been sitting with the courier since the 1st !!!! I want my delivery money refunded ASAP And I want to collect it myself from a hi Fi Corp , they are such ******* . They quick to accept the money and not to deliver the goods . Best thing yet a refund takes 7 to 14 days and a even further delay !!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED !
