Worst Service Ever!

I bought a Skyworth 2.1 CH sound bar wireless subwoofer 480W (***3) on the 26/11/2021 at Hifi Cooperation Carnival Mall. On the 08/12/2021 i lodged complain and received complain number. To date I've been sent pillar to post with the respond that they have not received stock. I'm very disappointed with the service from Hifi-Cooperation. The answer that disgust most when i walk in the store is this "we did not receive the stock" without even checking on the system or other branches nearby very unprofessional.
