WORST SERVICE EVER

Ordered online 4 items and only received two.... No feedback on my other two items.... The blaupunkt sound system showed shipped now that its not on special it no longer shows shipped...... It was paid before the special expired and it shows in stock in some stores! The jvc tv there is absolutely no feedback on... social media team can not tell me whats going on... instore can not tell me whats going on.... and the manager is not calling me and headoffices are not answering the phone. I am about to report them for false advertising. Complaint ***
