Worst service ever

The worst service ever , nobody getting back to a person with feedback , i am waiting now for a refund from these people now for almost 3weeks now , were the say only that they will het back to me they need to speak to their sundries department , i am realy hoping that doing this will help me get my money back , because i am the only one try and get hold of them, answers and my money out of them for more than 2 weeks now its ridiculous !!!
