Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a keyboard on 27 December, after two weeks of calling and being told the driver kept running out of time, which I knew was utter ******* and he would scan the parcel out the depot and within an hour scan unable to deliver (my query was escalated but never heard back no matter how many times I called) I lost my **** and the customer service agent eventually told me that the parcel was damaged and had to be reordered from the North West, it is now the 20 January and my parcel hasn’t moved on tracking since the 7th January!!!! Every time I call and ask to speak to a manager my call magically drops, I have never dealt with such bad service in my life!!!!
