Worst service ever

I place an order with Hifi on the 5th of August 2020 and today its the 19th of August and I still have not received my order,they advertise a turnaround delivery of 2 - 5 days but they fail to honor that,the worst is that they is no communication with the status of the order,I had to cancel the order.

I am yet to see if I will get my refund.
