Worst service ever

I ordered a washing machine and dishwasher online on 21 April knowing that I had to wait for lockdown levels to change before delivery. Well, it changed but no delivery. No correspondence, no one answering querries or the customer careline. Eventually someone from ecommerce phoned me and promised delivery on 20/5 but up to now - NOTHING! And that person is missing, not answering his phone nor emails. A 'senior' person called 'Danie' at N1 City branch was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Pathetic service, even worse after sales service. I want to cancel my order and get my money back but can't get hold of anyone to arrange it
