WORST SERVICE EVER

I had the worst experience with my purchase especially when it comes to delivery and communication. I placed an order on the 25th Sept, I received an sms that it will be delivered on the 30th Sept. 29 Sept I contacted hi-fi corp to request that my washing machine gets delivered on after 5pm, because I’ll be at work, I was told delivery is from 8-6pm and times are dependent on driver, the arrived after 8am on the 30th, no one was at home to receive my order, I then received a call from head office that they will deliver it on the 1st October 2025, after 5pm we both agreed, 01/04/2025 came, I got at sms that they will deliver it on the 6th, no one calls me regarding this, mind you, delivery according to them takes 2-5 business days. I escalated the matter, on the 3rd, I got another confirmation that they will deliver it on the 7th October, the entire week I was the one constantly calling them, following up on my order, I cancelled it and requested for a refund. Today is the 6th and I get a call at 15:45 that they’re at my house with my delivery, had I not cancelled this order, I still would have struggled getting it because again, I am only home after 5pm. Mind you, at Makro I bought it on Friday 3rd October and received my order on Saturday 4th October .
