Worst service ever

So i both a printer at HiFi corp in witbank. The printer worked for 5 dayse and started giving problems. So it was send for repairs as thay said that it needs to be sent to HP.. After a week and a half i called HiFi corp and thay tald me i can com and collect. nobody called me. On arrival thay tested the printer just to see that there is now a Cartridges issue. Now HI-Fi said that thay do not cover that issue. Worst service ever so disapointed in HP and Hi-Fi
