Worst service ever

Worst ever store to deal with. Bought a TV on Saturday 30/03/24. The TV was marked down on sale. It was the last one on display so I didn't have a problem with that. Guess what no remote was available. I asked the salesman why and he stated this is the reason it's on sale. Cannot believe this. The TV was advertised nationwide on their website. Was offered a universal remote for R250. I asked if the manager could assist with this but was flatly denied. Even tried calling her when I got home which she didn't bother to even return my call. Very poor and pathetic service. Will never recommend anyone to purchase here. It's a pity I couldn't give a zero rating. My question is why did the remote go missing and where's the security in the store. Nobody could give me an answer. Ended paying for a remote when it was not my fault.
