Worst Service Ever

<p>Hello Hi-Fi Corp,</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for the worst service ever. I'm trying to get a settlement quote for my account. I have been struggling for two days to get anywhere. I have gotten 5 different numbers to contact the head office, one works but you can’t get through, the rest is Telkom Collection numbers or something.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can each branch give me a different number for the same head office? Why don’t you have an accounts number on your website or a number for the head office?</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want to do is get my info and be on my way, is that too much to ask?</p>
