Worst service ever

I put in a laybye ay hifi corp Springfield park last week, today I came to pay it off and take my goods and they told me that they have already sold them, I tried to call their branch manager and even the customer service centre as I want a full refund and nobody has been able to help me, i just keep on being transferred from one person to the next. I am very angry as I was supposed to take my soundbars home today (Empangeni) where I only go once a month as I live in Durban because of work. They were so unhelpful and I am just fed up
