Worst service ever

I bought a defy 13 kg washing machine in 2015 with extended warranty of two years, what a total waste of money, the machine has been "repaired" probably 5 times, twice with Defy and then with master care or something(the worst technicians) ......the machines is loud and spins violently. i never enjoyed my purchase and will never buy anything there again. my machine upto today is still mulfunctions :(
