worst service ever!

I have app**** for finance at the hi fi corp westgate mall 5 days ago, yesterday day phoned me to tell me the application has been approved. I rushed from work today to get there to sign the contract. I got there 17:40. Their trading hours is from 08:00 to 18:00. The lady that i went to help me to sign my contract told me that they close 17:45, she had a very bad attitude with me. She was looking for my contract and aperently its missing. As i left the store very upset they locked their doors 17:50. Can a person not get service anymore???
