WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>I dont even know what to say as i have been having reccuring problems with Hi Fi corp, </p> <p>I layed a complaint with hi fi corp toti on the 24/03/2017 regardign my rsting firdge , 3 weeks later i visit them as I dont have a reply, get a message that the tech will come out and no reponse after that , KIC calls me to inform me that the tech cant get hold of me and I told her you did and she said she understands, Tech calls after wards and all sorted and a date arranged on the 24/04/2017 to come out , no feedback from Hifi corp after wards, i called them on thursday the 11/05/2017 and they informed me that its sorted all I have to do is Upgrade as they dont have stock or they can call the DBN branch Springfield and get , i told her no i wont upgrade as the cost wil be for me , she said she will call back , she did on friday the 12/05/2017 and said she managed to get three from Sprinfield but i have to bring my old on eback and get the new one , i informed her that it has taken nearly three months to get answer etc from tehm and i had to do all the chasing and i think its fair that they reslove this issue at there cost, unfortnaley as predicted as Hifi corp is so predicatable they calle dme back and said if they do that they will charge me delivery fee , i am so over this , all my friends and everyone i know and trust me i know alot of people they will get messages that they must not support hifi corp at all, after last years incident and now tried to give them one more chance but yet again they still can not take the blame or even help with anything, </p> <p> </p>
