WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I am absolutely shocked with the service received, i order a fridge for R3999 on the 29th of November, i received two calls confirming delivery for the 9th of December. I took off of work and no one contacted me or came through for delivery. Since then i have made multiple calls and every time they state they have escalated. On Saturday 14th they stated their systems are offline and they would call me back. NO CALL RECEIVED. Today i call to speak to a supervisor and no surprise "there is no supervisor on duty" How is this customer service. I expect a call and reimbur*****t for my time and airtime spent holding on for +- 20 mins every time
