Worst service even - they sell malfunctioning products

I have bought a Defy twin tub machine from Hifi corporation online. The machine has been giving me issues I had to log technical cases almost every month about thr same issues. I have requested for a refund or replacement of the machine about a month ago even now I am still yet to get feedback or an update.
