Worst service!!!!

If there was a no rating option i would have definitely not even give them one star, if you need an appliance please choose a different store or only buy if the product is available. I bought a dishwasher on friday 12/11/21 there was no stock and they told me they can courier it from their warehouse and will be here on wednesday 17/11/21, i phone them today and they tell me they will follow up and phone me to explain what is causing the delay...an hour later i phone them again, the guy tells me that he is still trying to get hold of his manager the courier documents is still not signed off by the manager if he/she signs it today i might receive it by friday...phone their customer care service to complain only for the guy to tell me there is nothing he can do to help must sort it out with the branch...this is the worst service i have ever received, can only keep my hopes up for friday because good service is definitely not an option
