Worst Service by Hi fi Corp at Crest & Online!!

I'm so disgusted by the service of Hi fi Corporation employees both at Cresta Mall and the online service I went to Cresta at 17h30 to purchase a laptop but was told I can't buy because it's almost time to close and the laptops are locked in the fault. I didn't argue that as I left and figured I'd make my purchase online. I made the purchase online on the 29th of March and when I tracked the product, it wasn't showing any movement. I took it upon me to call and find out why days went by and my laptop wasnt delivered, I was then told by Ntswaki Setlau JD TECH: Ecommerce Fulfilment Clerk they don't have stock & she offered to send me a different laptop which I rejected. I requested a refund to my store acc so I can go in a different store to purchase but I was ignored. As it stands, Hi fi corp billed me for a laptop I don't have and I can't make any purchases in any of their stores because my card is "invalid" according to the Incredible Connections at Nicolway in Bryanston.
