Worst service

<p>My laptop has been giving me since I purchased it in 2015. I took it back in for repairs on the 16th of July 2016. I was told they would get back to me within 21 working days. Today is the 17th and 21 working days has elapsed. I have not heard anything from HiFi Corporation. I am busy calling their customer services department and they are not assisting me. I've made numerous calls today and all consultants informed me that they would call me back and they haven't. I just need feedback on whether my laptop has been repaired and when I can go collect it. </p>
