Worst possible service from Hifi Corp Clearwater Mall

App**** online for credit, I was pre approved and instructed to go to my nearest branch and submit documents, I went to the Clearwater Mall branch, from the onset it was the worst possible service ever. They refused to accept any documentation or even phone head office because I recently changed over to Discovery Bank from Capitec, so the three months banks statements was for Capitec and the last one for Discovery. The women that helped me did not wear a name tag and ignored me flat. From there I went to Westgate branch, wow what a change I was greeted properly at the entrance and immediately felt important. I was then referred to Lebo and Octavia that proceeded to assist me with a great attitude. If I did not go to the Westgate branch Hifi Corp would have lost out on R40,000.00. Can someone please call me to discuss this. Regards
