Worst place to buy anything!

Bought two tablets for my sons as birthday presents. Was told to take an extended warranty which we did tablets lasted for two months so went to hi fi corp August 2019 to exchange just for them to tell me they do not have stock they will phone me when they have stock again. Its already the 15th of January and still no call. And the service was absolutely terrible from the workers there. They might want to start giving people proper training as to how to work with customers. Pathetic place. And this is also not the first time we've had issues with Hi-Fi corp they just get worse as time goes by.
