Worst Pathetic Service

<p>On the morning of the 27/11/2016 i went to Hi Fi Corparation in woodmead to purchase a Sansui Home Theatre. I was assisted by Percy Letwaba , who told me that they(woodmead Hi Fi Corp) doesnt have stock, Percy then told me to go to South Gate , i asked him if he called to confirm stock and he said that they had stock in South Gate (Hi Fi) and He even gave me a contact person by the name of THEMBA, after driving from Woodmead to South Gate i was told that no one from Woomead(Hi Fi Corp) called South Gate(HiFi Corp) to Confirm stock.</p> <p>I then Drove back to HiFi Woodmead, and asked the salesman Percy Ledwaba why he sent me all that way for nothing. he swore to me that he called to check if South Gate Hi Fi had stock.</p> <p>The worst Sales Manager by the Name of Boitumelo Mokathla From Hi Fi corparation, came and apologiesed for them messing me around , she the instructed Percy Letwaba (Salesman) to take FULL PAYMENT and that they will order one for me from another branch and i was told to come and collect my home threatre on Wednesday, </p> <p>On the 29/11/16 i decided to call and check if they had recieved my Home Threatre and i was told that they can not get me the Home Theatre after paying in full for it .</p> <p> </p> <p>Im not impressed and ive been messed around i paid for it and i wasted petrol going up and down. </p>
