Worst online shopping expierence

Worst ever online expierence. Bought a fridge/freezer online, still awaiting delivery after 7 working days. Customercare line useless, no respons to emails. Tracking system still same as 7 days ago. Holding for hours. Assistance in poor english.One Promise on another. Yesterday they blame the courier company(Mastercare).Today I figured it out that the person in despatch not even contact courier company yet.After contact Mastercare by myself , Colin of Mastercare contact Hi Fi Corp and only after that Hi fi Corp issue n order for Mastercare to done delivery on their behalf. Still a process.So promise of 2 to 5 working days is not happening.

I prefer online shopping in this difficult times, but definately not Hi fi Corp agai n
