Worst Online shopping experience ever

The service from HIFI is the worst. Purchased this a day after black Friday and provided all the relevant documents. I even went as far as send the documentation there after everyday to date still. Nothing their consultants on the Chat Deon and Chelsea keep on saying 24 hours and not action and the call centre is the worst ....if you have an option to pay something at another store take up that offer. HIFI is not worth it.. its a waste of time. Bad Service. The call centre just rings and no answer. Deserves a zero
