Worst online shopping experience

I purchased a batch of 4 items on the 6th. I was called on the 10th for a delivery to be made on the 15th between on the 8AM-17:00PM, and the delivery team was to call me an hour before arrival to make arrangements. Only two were delivered at 17:20PM with no arrangements made and no explanation to why only two items was delivered. I had to call for an explanation, I was told they couldn't even find my order on the system. I was informed that the rest of my items will be delivered on the 17th after 2 days of thinking the rest of my order had disappeared. On the 17th one item was delivered at 17:30PM with no explanation and one hour notice. What was supposed to be the most convenient way for me to purchase utilities for my house considering my work hours has turned out to be an unending nightmare! Online shopping at Hi-Fi Corp is literally the worst experience and I still haven't received the main item I was initially shopping online for.
