Worst online shopping experience

Horrible experience with Hifi Corp online store. Order was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 days, but more than 5 working days down the line, no one has a clue about where my order is at. Clueless customer care representatives who can't do a simple follow up with their warehouse. All they will say is "we are escalating" and no one ever calls back to give feedback. This is pathetic. I don't recommend. They don't even deserve 1 star.
