Worst online service! I want my money back!

Hifi corp has given me nothing but a terrible experience. I bought 3 items. 1 was delivered 2 were not delivered. This was on 25 November! I’ve been in and out of hospital and my items are still not delivered. The matter has been escalated twice and still nothing! Their consultant hang up on me when I asked for the matter to be escalated to her manager! I want my money back and for you to come and collect this washing machine! I don’t want anything from Hifi anymore
