Worst online service

I bought a Univa 14 kg single tub washing maching online @ Hifi corporation. Paid R200 delivery as im in Graaff Reinet. On arrivel i realised it wont be able to spin. The same day of delivery i phoned the customer service. Got a ref nr. Now im being told that HiFi Corp is gonna charge me R2500 for pick up. This is unexcaptable. Its still wrapped. Still waiting for feedback and my refund
