Worst online ordering experience - never again

You don't have to do online orders if you don't have the capacity to do it. Offering a service on this level of delivery is unacceptable. It is not okay that I am getting mixed messages about the status of my order - your online platform suggests that the order should be with me by now but it isn't. I have even gone through the extent of calling the courier company myself but to no avail. Very unprofessional.
