WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Please do yourself a favour and NEVER order anything from HiFi Corp!!! I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the bad service and incompetence. After waiting 3 weeks for a television that was advertised on their website, I have spend hours on the phone with their customer service. Every time I spend 30 minutes, just to hear that ‘someone will come back to me’. Nobody ever does. They are advertising stock online of things that they do not have. It is currently 20 days since I placed my order, I still have no tracking number, no feedback, no communication.
