Worst Online Experience

I have received the worst customer service from them on 2 occasions and I have to share! With a year of purchasing my KIC fridge from them I noticed bubbling to which I reached out to them and was told to take it in store to receive help even though I purchased it online…really? You want me to bring a whole fridge In store? I would not recommend anyone using them as the products I have gotten from them are of poor quality just like their service
