Worst Online Experience

I bought an online item which I was not satisfied with upon delivery. As per their returns policy, online purchases can be returned to a store within 7 days. I received the item on Friday and on the Sunday, I went to their Boksburg branch to return it. I was told I couldn't return it there because I bought it online. I showed them THEIR policy and all of a sudden, they were offline and couldn't assist. I called their contact centre on that same Sunday, and from that day and about two days after, they maintained the offline story(mind you, I only have 7 days to return). I then sent an email. The back and forth started. “Okay, we will collect. No, we cannot collect you have to go in store. Ok, we will collect.” And on and on that went. Until they called and said the item is “too small” for them to pick up(this is not stipulated anywhere in their policies). They then offered to rather give me a voucher in place of the refund. This is now the 11th day that I have this item on me. No refund, no voucher and no solution. This is the worst and most pathetic experience I have EVER(if not the first) had from buying online and I will NOT be making the same mistake with buying from them again.
