Worst online experience

I made an online order from Hifi corporations on the 04 November 2025 . I received a call on Monday the 10 November that they are at my work place for delivery adviced that i don't work in office on Mondays .I advised that i will be at the work the next day from 08:30 till 17:00pm . The whole week they kept on sending me delivery massages with a tracker but no movement then they will sent a sms saying delivery failed at about 19:35 pm. I called the contact centre and they gave me the run arounds , i have not heard from them since Thursday
