Worst experience EVER!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I bought a laptop on laybuy at hifi corporation somerset west what a bad experience. When i went in to purchase the laptop i was told the have stock. I paid a deposit and two weeks later i wanted to pay the balance and collect my laptop first i was told they dont have stock for the laptop i deposited then i was told its discontinued. How can they take your money without checking first if they have stock. They weren't prepared to offer me anything else all they were interested in doing was to try sell me somthing more expensive. I tried calling their head office but service was even worse than at the store. I then decided to get a refund and go and purchase a laptop elsewhere. I was promised a cash refund. When i got to the store they refused to give me a cash refund even though i explained to Mark the store manager earlier that they kept me waiting for 3days waiting looking for stock and i needed the cash to buy a other laptop coz its urgently needed. They done a reverse transaction on my debit card promising me the money would reflect tonight knowing a reverse transaction takes days. Its a shame that even a store manager can be do dishonest. Never again will i buy anything from hifi corporation. I advise anybody else who wants to buy somthing on laybuy rather to go elsewhere especially not hifi corporation somerset west cape town.
