Worst Experience and Service

I purchased a new Bosch fridge-freezer on the 28th of February 2024 at their Hemingways store in East London. The fridge has not worked since it arrived in my home. I reported to HiFi Corporation and they sent out a Technician to do an inspection. He advised that the fridge was damaged in transit and recommended that HiFi Corporation replaces the appliance. Until this day, the Store Manager has been ducking and diving. Two weeks later, I am still stuck with a faulty application. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
